Another 6 days and i will be in korea! ^^ Just gonna hang on for another 2 days before i can have a little mini break from tuition. But once i am back, it will be another complete round of nightmares again. I SHALL ENJOY MY SELF TO THE FULLEST WHILE IN KOREA!!

This past week, I have been preparing my brother for his N levels. Seriously speaking, he is lazy and LAZY. It's not as if he does not know his work, he just does not bother to spend time on it after all. I hope he can just pass his english and move on up to the tertiary level. The results of my NIE semester 2 has been out and guess what? i have been offered an admission to the degree programme. In other words, i can cross over to become an undergrad. However, i do not know why there are so many of our course people getting the same offer as well. It was said that only the top 5% could cross over. But my results aren't great, yet i am offered as well. Could there be any terms and conditions that will apply to that simple remark? Hmm, it is really not reliable yet because the letters are not sent out yet. But i do hope for a confirmation on that!

A new blogskin!

I have finally got my posting for my workplace for the next 5 years. MTS again! I don't understand why we are placed back into the school when there are already no vacancies. And there is a total of 14 trainees going to the school. Where are they going to place us? When will we be able to get our own table? My CTs congratulated me but left me with a question mark. "Congratulations and i don't know whether to be happy or sad for you. It's all for you to decide." Great! Now i have to think twice about staying long in the school. I will have to be prepared for the worst in the years to come.

SNSD Updates!
Bad news first, Yuri and Sunny are leaving Invincile Youth and that explains my reason for saying that it is bad news. I was looking out for the both of them together with Hara and Hyunah. However, Hyunah is also leaving. My gosh, ratings for the show will definitely drop. Rumours has it that F(x) will take over. But who knows what news will come next. I have an instincts that Hara might also take off.

Good news! SNSD is releasing a photo book worth 354 pages together with a bonus DVD that is 1 hour and 9 minutes long. I am not sure what kind of DVD is it but i am glad to annouce that there is english subtitles! Anyway, there are some other things because YesAsia quoted 7 shipment units for one order. The price for one is really steep and it will be released on 31st May.

It's finally the countdown to the last three weeks of practicum. Everything seems to have died down after the last observation. It means it is a great thing! However i think i did not do well for the last half of the observations because of the things piling up on my table. Maybe i should take a picture and show you all what my table is like now. I have cleared most of it now but i think they will "haunt" me back again. Considering that 4 of the trainees had been posted back to MTS, think my chance of staying there is 0%? Because there is only 2 vacancies left in MTS and yet they had recruited 4 of them already? Hmm.. I think it is better to start afresh in a new school. I am quite looking forward to going to HPS. A new school, more involvement? Higher chance of getting promoted? LOL. Seems like i think too much. Anyway, i cannot wait for labour day to come because it means that i have no tuition on saturday. So i shall go karaoke all night. Challenging all the korean songs!

I am so happy today? Why? Because CNY is coming and holidays are lined up ahead. It is so good that new year fell on a sunday!! More rest time and mahjong!! Anyway, today had to run so many errands up and down to collect all the new year stuffs. And guess what? I was at the petrol kiosk looking for my HOT gossip magazine when i saw teenage magazine!!! I got a shock of my life!!

Yes!!! NO DOUBT~ It is SNSD!! Finally there is a trace of them in singapore now! However the coverage of their group is so little only 2 page plus a little introduction. It did not introduce the individual members though. Though disappointing but i am still glad that they are featured. Also, i have received my parcel from YesAsia!! Finally after so long, the parcel is finally here. The packaging service was good, it had three bubble wraps and a cardboard to protect it from being damaged. But it was a long wait though, i ordered them on the 22nd of January and it only arrived today. The postman was able to squeeze that parcel into the postbox, seems like the postbox is really big. My three items as shown below.

Thanks to all my friends and family members who made the effort to turn up for my birthday celebration. The place was really very crowded and i am sorry if i had not managed to serve you all well or kept you all company throughout the night. But i am really really happy to receive your wishes and presents. My family really did everything to make this gathering successful. I was looking forward to this day because these are really rare occassions where all my family members get together besides CNY. Also, friends gatherings were really hard to organise becuase of the different work lives. Hence, it was a really meaningful night where i can see people that i know come together.

Thanks for all your presents and not forgetting the hongbaos from my aunties!

Ok i shall update my korea trip starting from the 1st day. The 1st day we arrived at the airport, it was already snowing! And as mentioned earlier, it was the heaviest snow that fell in seoul in 60 years. The snow was nice! After which, we went to our 1st stop which was learning how to make kimchi and taking pictures wearing the hanbok. Then we went for lunch at a restaurant to eat ginseng chicken with glutinous rice. The chicken was one whole spring chicken stuffed with rice cooked in soup. Everyone had one claypot and it was hard to finish because we had mee sua to go with it. In the end, there were leftovers. Then we went to Lotte World for our rides and cam-whoring. The last surprise of the day was the residential suite that we stayed in. It was so big and spacious! Even bigger than my house!!!

Yo Peepz! I am back from korea!! It's a great feeling to be back and singapore is so hot! As you can see from my msn personal message, the first day we landed in seoul, it was already snowing and the snow was said to be the greatest snowing in korea in 60 years which made it more memorable for me because it was the 1st time i saw snow! Anyway, updates will be done subsequently because my body is aching.

It's the end of 2009 and 2010 is coming! I am 3 days away from korea! I am so anticipating the trip. The cold, the snow, the things that i want to buy, i am going to sweep korea! Today is new year's eve and i just spent the countdown with SNSD at home! Following their clock, it's already the new year. MBC is having their Gayo Daejun and sad to say, i missed yesterday's Gayo Daejun, all thanks to work. Had a lunch date with debbie and tab this afternoon, had a really full lunch and crediting the lunch, i had little for dinner. Anyway, just finished watching snsd's performance with 2pm, the performance was acceptable but i wished there would have been more story plots to perform. Yoona dressed in a wedding dress, dancing with Ga-In and Uee, Yuri dancing Womanizer with Hyunah and a girl whom i cannot recognise. Too bad i am able to watch KBS acting awards at the same time, if not i would have been able to watch both channels at the same time. Having a bad flu and staying at home, i hope the flu does not follow me to Korea, because i really want to enjoy my holidays. Bless me!

Everyone is falling sick in the family, thanks to my father who passed on the bacteria to us. It's so unfortunate to fall sick before going on the holiday. I am suffering from cold and cough now. Unbearable running nose, wastage of tissue. Finally registered my courses for next semester and glad to see, only 3 modules! But it sure gotta be very hectic because 12-week course contracted to 6-week. I can see the jail ahead of me, no shopping, no gathering, no nothing but projects, assignments, tuitions!

I will be flying to Korea this SUNDAY!! WOOTS! Finally the day has come. Going to change my money tomorrow, i hope the rates are good. Anway, another piece of good news, SNSD won best singer award for MBC entertainment show. AND, i just finished watching the SBS Gayo Daejun live and the ending by Super Junior and SNSD was great! The costumes were redesigned and "Genie" was remixed again, and this version was better than their concert's. Now i am anticipating MBC Gayo Daejun..

KBS entertainment awards was held on Saturday and Yoona was the emcee for the day together with 2 other senior emcees. The show was opened by G7 and congratulation to Kim shim young, for winning the best female host. I have always like how she hosted the shows that makes me laugh till jaws dropped. Even at winning the awards, she managed to cause laughing effect while crying. Kudos to her!

I must have gotten my guts from the drink that i had yesterday. I actually sang karaoke in the open at a pub. And guess what? The ending song of the night was GEE!! Oh my god, i cannot imagine that i had sang that korean song openly in the crowd with my memorised lyrics. Haha, i keep thinking about it and laughing to myself because it was really embarrassing. The crowd behind us actually joined in the singing. Thanks to yonghui for accompanying me in the embarassment. What a Christmas EVE!

Today is Christmas and unexpectedly, i am the 1st one to be home, even my grandparents are out and not back yet. Walked metro sale and spent money again, after which, went to tampines mall for dinner and movie, Sherlock Homles. It's a good movie to enjoy but it is leading the audience to wait for the sequel, anticipation. Then it was gift exchange time, drove to jazebel's house for gift exchange. And now, HOMED! Tomorrow is a busy day, as expected.

Haha, will be getting my christmas spendings on taobao from my friend this saturday. The best thing about going china is knowing how to use taobao. Although having tuition on saturday is a spoiler but, good things are lined up after that. Going for cousin's baby 1st month celebration after tuition. So weird, i am already 20 and my cousin is just born. LOL. Anyway, i am happy for them. Christmas eve songs to enjoy!

Today marks the end of the 1st concert of SNSD and looking from the updates from fan blogs, they performed really really well at the concert. 47 Songs in a concert is really a record. How i wish i could be there watching and singing along. The stage is gigantic, really big and they could wire-fly all over the place. But well..

I hope i will be able to get their concert DVD when i go to korea this coming january. Please please, let it be ready by then! Just went to make the final payment for my korea trip yesterday, big sum of money gone, no more spare cash to spend in singapore for now. Starting my tuition tomorrow, but i think it is going to be another busy schedule again. Bless Me!

Yes! SNSD did it again! And they did it BIG! They won a total of 6 awards at the Melon Music Award Show, beating many other girl groups and even super junior for best song of the year. The awards they won were smart radio, odyssey, top 10, t-mobile, 2009 artiste and 2009 best song! They have indeed proved themselves to be the best group of 2009!

It's been a while since i updated my blog. Finally got to change my phone and my hear tis bleeding because i spent al my remaining savings on the phone. *Sigh* Heartache!! Updated my wish list to those who might have thought of getting me a phone, my mother won't mind getting another similar phone. Haha!

Congratulations to 4minute, t-ara and snsd for winning at the Golden Disk Awards. I am so looking forward to tomorrow's melon awards as i know for sure, the voting indeed proves the fanbase of the idol groups. Also, tonight will be the episode of stong heart where Taeyeon will be revealing the stepping down of the leader, which i think is such a pity but well, as long as they are together, i have no other opinions.

Finally the singapore media has brightened up on its entertainment news! Wanbao did a great job by discovering that singaporeans are crazy on Korean and Japanese bands and they did some research other than the boybands. SNSD is finally again on the news, reporting their sales of 16,000 tickets sold in 3 minutes. The 1st report was made a few weeks ago about the Daejung Awards on the reporter whol fell at Yoona's arrival on the red carpet. Keep it up Wanbao!

People! Stay tuned for the Vasanatham Channel later on at 12 midnight because our GESL event is going to be reported on TV. Today was a tiring day although the even started in the late afternoon. I reached there at the required time at 10am but the people only started coming in at 11am. Therefore, wasted an hour waiting and watching the indians playing cricket in the field.

The event was a success. The kids were in fact more enthusiastic than we were. Though, they were different, they looked and behaved like any other kids. In fact, they are more sociable than many other kids out there. It was a early christmas party for them and the parents were very supportive of the activities planned for them. These parents are really great. I think it is better for them to bring their kids out to be exposed to the real world rather than keeping them at home and grow inferiority. Claps to these parents!

After the event, went down to Ghim Moh to fetch Grandpa and brother back. They made another wasted trip there again because there was no one at home. I think they purposely do this to avoid us. Sigh..

Started tuition again yesterday from 9am to 4pm. I was only expected at most 3 classes for the day. But instead, i taught 4 classes. Generally the kids are well behaved and smart. But according to my experience, this good behaviour will only last for the 1st lesson. I shall be prepared for the start of nonsense next week.

Reminded my brother yesterday that we will wake up at 9am today to go to PSS and buy his books. In the end, i slept till 10.15am before i realised i did not put an alarm today. LOL.. Hence, i went to wake him up and made our way to PSS. The environment was quiet as it's the holidays, however there were a few changes in the school. A new indoor sports hall was building up, replacing the basketball court, inspirations phrases were put to motivate students' learning, the walls along the walkway was painted artistically with words like "high on positive energy". Though i thought the way they phrased it was weird, like taking drugs, but then, who am i to judge their artistic thoughts?

After which, prepared to meet the principal, I have not even stepped into the office and i was welcomed by Mrs Lee Hah, asking the question, why are you here? I knew it! They made a mistake by calling me down for a meeting for new teachers! I am just a trainee!!! Darn, made a wasted trip down there, stupid clerk, gave me wrong information. *Sigh* At least i got to confirm that the trainees of our batch will all be going back for practicum next year. The trip wasted my effort to dress so nice.

Made a trip down to Ghim Moh, the people put the wrong amount of utility fees, which means i have to make another trip down again! Oh manz.. Stood outside my grandma's friend house for 45minutes because they could not stop chatting, and they don't wanna talk inside the house. No choice, stood all the while.

Had a video conversation with felix just now, she was having flu like me, but i think hers is worse than mine because she got fever. We were browsing Taobao for wacky cheena phones. She said she was going to buy one for me to play. Haha, how nice of her >.< On the other hand, my tutee is spamming my facebook, if you are wondering who he is, he is just a P2 kid. Kids nowadays~~

GESL meeting ended early today, but as usual, the people were late, i was the first one to reach the place. I drove to IA today, it was about a 20 minutes drive to balastier. Luckily i drove, because it rained! Haha. I will be the photographer for my photo-taking booth with Santa on Sunday. Hmm.. considered voluntary work done during this holidays.

Tomorrow is the day to meet with the principal, wondering what to wear because the timing is sort of weird, 2.30pm and it's the holidays, wear formal? or smart casual?

Window-shopping on taobao for the past hour, looking for cheap snow boots. Too bad many of the sellers do not have my size, china people's feet are so small. Hard to find cheap and nice ones, been browsing over 20 pages. Found a few that i like, but still have to be confirmed later.

Tomorrow night have to go to the west to collect rent, i hope my meeting ends soon!

My holiday drama - IRIS

Mood was down for consecutively for Monday, maybe the blues really settled in as the saying goes. Was called down for work and the 1st customer, i actually served the wrong order, got a scolding from my dad. 5th customer, counted the wrong amount of bill forgetting that he ordered the cheaper fish. Things weren't really getting in my head.

Today i had GESL meeting at the indian association. Actual day for christmas party is on Sunday, organised for down syndrome kids. Waited one hour plus at the MRT for all the people to gather. Did not drive because it is at Novena. Tomorrow another meeting to finalise everything and learn the dance. Will be the photographer for the booth to take photos of Santa Claus and Santa Lina with the kids. Preparation work was tedious. Walked to Boon Keng MRT from IA, which was 4 bus stops away. Worn Out!

Thinking whether to drive tomorrow? Thursday meeting MTS principal, don't understand what is the need to meet so early when my attachment is in Febraury. Everyone is going out of Singapore this holidays, one even went phuket on her own, YES! It's a her! So brave of her. Debbie sms-ed me about boredom but yet she does not want to go out. Duh~~ Can't believe i watched 3 movies last week, a hole in the pocket!

I am so fed up with myself today!

I thought what a nice weekend with no work to be done, outings can be arranged but i had overestimated my energy and interest level. To those whom i promised to go out with, i am sorry that i seriously do not have the adrenaline to stay out. Been working on thursday and friday, spending late nights watching videos till 4am in the morning consecutively for the whole week. My body is draining.

Sorry tracy and SJ for putting you two in the spot when the camp was supposedly to be planned by ourselves. If it weren't for me, you two may not need to be panicking this morning. My new blogskin! Currently it is the holidays for me now and i am so happy that i got lots of time to search for K-pop news and especially so nyuh shi dae's news. Listen everyone! I am going to Korea next January! I really spent the money that i have saved for the whole year for this trip. The price is considered cheap compared to previous years due to the economic downturn and H1N1 this year. So to be prepared, i have already been injected with the influenza jab but not the H1N1 jab. I hope we will not be so lucky. Hah!

Oh by the way, the concert for SNSD in seoul sold out in just 3 minutes! Damn fast. Heard they will be holding another one in Shanghai and Bangkok, but i think by then, tickets will also soon be sold out as there are alot of china fans as well. I shall wait for the upload online then. I find that korean variety shows are so much better and entertaining than those in taiwan. I recommend people who like taiwan variety show to go watch korean variety shows, they are so much real and way more funnier. The show i am catching right now is Invincible Youth. Damn funny!

I know it has been a long long time since i have updated because i was busy with school and tuitions. Good news! My school and tuitions are ending soon. Bad news! My holiday plan has busted. Haiz~~ My korean snow trip, too expensive for joo ting and the timing does not suit either. I am hoping to catch the korea's snow and ski down the slope. But~~ everything just don't go the way i want. Another thing is my assignments and presentations are all due next week and i have not even started. OMG! This post ahll be short because i am doing project now. Haha!

Went back to MTS again for NDP celebration. Only wanted to show my support for the P5s but unexpectedly, my P4s were also due to perform! I was still hesitating whether i should go this morning because i feel kinda extra being there with no status anymore. Actually Shikin was supposed to accompany me but she PS me last minute. So no choice, i was already changed and waiting in my car. Hence, i just went. I went to the staff room and put down my bag before wandering around to see what was going on at the parade square. Then i saw Zhao lao shi outside the staff room and we exchanged greetings. After which i hung around the pathway of the classroom and in just an instance, my P4 kids were waving to me from the parade square. They really do have sharp eyes, i was on the 2nd level and they could see me from afar. I was surprised but happy that they did not forget me. (Sobs sobs..Haha..thinking too highly of myself)

After which, I went to find yi mon in the hall and luckily there were many parents around as i think they are being invited to watch. So i was not the only extra there. But thank god i wore red this morning, because all the teachers and parents are wearing red. Imagine the embarrassment if i wore other colours. Woo lao shi came over to say hello and i asked about her back and she explained to me how her back pain came back from yesterday's up and down excercise in school. I will really miss her interesting lessons and personality.

The performance was pretty ok and the children were very HIGH on the national songs. How i wish i could have their kind of energy but youth is wasting away without any chance of stopping. Some classes really did great but then the PA system was just too lousy. Some mikes are not usable. If they did not win, blame it on the mikes. But both my classes got 2nd for their singing performances. The pictures that i took are really blur because i had to zoom in a lot and sorry for the shakiness because i cannot get the picture in time and there is no 2nd chance because they have already walked away with the prize. Haha.

An Update Of The 2-Week Holiday

Monday: Nothing special but private work ( you should know what i am talking about. Haha) Better be safe than sorry.

Tuesday: Still.. Nothing special but private work

Wednesday: Again, Nothing special but spent the whole day at home, slacking.

Thursday: After private work, went to Causeway Point and met tab and felix for dinner buffet @ Sakae. After which we chatted, gossiped and shopped.

Friday: Went back to MTS and celebrated the last day of the other trainees in school, after helping them with the markings and everything, went off to Swensen's to have our late lunch at 4.30pm! Actually wanted to surprise my CT with a cake, in the end she went home early that day because of her slip disc problem. No choice, had to go back to MTS again to put the cake in the staff lounge fridge. But unlucky things happen in a row, my CT was on MC on monday, tuesday and today! So had no choice, she gave the permission for Miss Zhao to eat the cake. Mission fail! But i am glad the boy that i always scolded him for his ugly handwriting, facebooked me and told me school is getting boring after i left and even PE lessons bore him out. Haha, glad to hear that from him.

Saturday: Went out to accompany JT to practise her driving. I finally understand the danger of driving after sitting on her car. I shall look out for myself from now on. Haha. Drove to serangoon gardens for a walk but in the end had to go to white tangerine cafe again for tea-time. And you know what? Their wedges is super jumbo big!! After that went grocery shopping with my grandmother. Then met them again for dinner at E-Hub. We had dinner at a cafe cum restaurant which i forgot the name. Haha, but the food was pretty good and edible. LOL. After that we wasted out time at the arcade, catching nonsense toys again. $$$$$...

The pictures below are pretty long ago when i just started my term with MTS. The purpose of it was to celebrate SY's birthday and meet up with YQ. I would recommend this korean bbq restaurant to be a one-time visit and it's over. What i mean? It means go there once, you will bleed from your pocket. It's expensive! Though it's buffet, but then the price was rather steep, and the menu was so limited. But the side dishes is a lot! This restaurant is located at some small roads near tanjong katong towards upp east coast road. And it is better to travel there by car.

Luckily they used authentic utensils, if not i am going to degrade them some more.

Who else like cam whore more than she does?

Finally the blogger posting template is back to normal again. I can finally update with my eyes at their comfort zone.

Holiday again, but with a big empty feeling. Had a big misson today and that is to rush back from Changi to Mee Toh school by 6.45am. But in the end, mission failed. Only managed to reach 6.55am. Drove my sister to the naval base and went off in a super fast speed back to punggol. Saw Mdm Woo's car again and once again, i did not see the brand of her car. But never mind, i gave the things to Ismail and he don't want to help me pass the things to the kids. HUMPH! He said very leh cheh. In the end, Mdm Woo did all the work for me.

所有的努力只为了今天的结局。四个星期一眨眼就过去了，虽然时间算长不长，
算短又不短，但是这一段期间，我认识到了另外一个自己。我发现自己的华文程度还是有需要加
强的地方，尤其是笔画顺序的方面。我常常在板书犯同一个错误，还需要学生来告诉我。哈哈。但是今天真的很感动，因为我看到了学生们对我的教学所给予的评语。至少他们还是蛮喜欢我的。这些学生真的很可爱，可是不知道是不是我的头脑不灵活了，我没有办法把所有的名字记进脑子里，所以我只认得他们的长相，却不知道他们的名字。这两个星期的教学让我学到了不少东西，除了邬老师给予的教导之外，学生也教了我如何享受学习。学生的想法是非常丰富的，有时你万万想不到的事情，他们却可以一五一十地告诉你，真的非常厉害。

昨天，我生病了。一上完一天的课，我就开始发冷了。从早上睡醒开始，我就开始泻肚子了。到了学校，每一个钟头，就跑厕所一次，真的是非常辛苦。我把昨天的补习都取消了，在佳拼命地猛灌药水，还喝感冒茶、迟滞泻药，为的就是能够顺利地完成最后一天的教学。今天受到了学生们的礼物和祝语，学生们虽然没有多少钱，但是他们都尽量为我送上小小的礼物。有蛋糕、红笔、仙人掌、贴纸、星星、花等等。以下是学生们的祝语，虽然有几个错别字，但还是别太计较了。哈哈。

Teaching Experience

It's has been three weeks plus for my school experience programme. In all, i am glad i had made friends with the trainees and we are getting on really well. I hope we all will be in the same school when we graduate from NIE next year. My CT had been good to me and she is really a nice person despite being very firm with students. If i were her student, i would love her lessons because she would make the lesson so interesting. The students there are adorable and lovable because they really make my day.
The students keep asking me for my facebook account, so pestering!!

This Friday will be my last day for my attachment. I will miss the environment and the people there! Not forgetting my colleagues who have spent time doing the same chores as me and sharing our woes together. I hope we really do enter the same school when we graduate!

Just when i thought everything was going well. My CT have to be changed!!! Sigh* But it is for the better because the new CT i have really teaches me what to look out for and pointing out the things that my supervisor dislikes. She even said that if i cannot handle the problematic kid in the class, she would just take him out of class for that day when the supervisor is coming. She is a very interesting person, whereby she really clicks with the students. Talking crap with the students, giving them her funny explanations and past experiences, even taking out her wedding photos to show! Which makes a very big difference from my previous CT, because she is the calm and cool type. The reason for the change? It is because my previous CT would not be in school for the next two weeks.

First staff meeting today, BORING! I thought we would be discussing about school stuffs and planning but then it is the raising of opinions of the teaching service visions. We had to select the important words from the taglines and watched some videos of teachers talking about the career. Haiz..an especially long day when it is raining outside and i have no umbrella to go home. Went home after the rain stopped and drove to compass point to buy some storybooks and assessments, and saw a collegue there. Though i do not know her, but i can regconise her. Anyway, i just carried on my browsing. Hah!

Doing lesson plan now, damn stuck! I have no special activities to put in and i do not know how to phrase it in words. Haiz! SOMEONE HELP!!!

Finally!!! End of First week with a long weekend!! Thank God!! My grandfather is finally back and i do not need to go to the hospital anymore. It's wonderful!!!

First week of school not so bad because i have other 5 trainees to make friends with. I seemed to have the least number of periods among the six of us, only 20. So it is about 2 hours to 2.5 hours a day for observing.

My CT is great because she is not very distant and she let me prepare next week lesson for her already. She gave me an example of hers and i just followed hers. It is a very brief one, so it was quite easy to do. My supervisor is coming on the third week and she has already gave me what i needed. She asked me to prepare and we will discuss together the proceduure. My SCM is also nice, though she is very experienced, but she still like to talk gossip with me and the CT. Especially about the students in the classes.

My principal is nice too! there was one time when we needed to hand in the staff particulars form to the office but there was no one to attend to us at the front desk. My principal walked in and see us wandering about. So she took the bell at the desk and press it! Then she said "Zou Gang Ar!!" Haha, she is really a nice lady and the school community speaks Chinese *phew* Mainly because it is a buddhist school. And guess what? There is reallya buddha statue right outside the hall for people to pray.

Technology really catches up. Teachers just have to sign in their attendance via the fingerprint scanning machine. So every morning, scan one time and when you go home, you scan another time. The access to staff room also uses fingerprint scanning. I am really afraid of my index finger getting cut or get skin peeling, Haha!

Just hope everything goes well enough. You all can ask me out at nights, but i need to return home by 11pm coz i have to be up by 5.30am because of H1N1.

After working for the whole day today (tuition + help-out + entertaining kids), i am finally able to update my blog about last week. It has been rather busy since all the funeral and stuffs like recruitment, tuitions and preparing worksheets all came down like a storm and finally we had time for a gathering @ Timbre which is located at Old School. Hmm..I have not found out the way to drive up to that place so we had to climb the devastating flight of stairs up that secluded place. I stick to traffic rules and i did not drink at all or should i say in general term, no alcohol. I shall wait for one day when someone is willing to drive out the car and send me home. You know who i am referring to.

Oh yeah! If you are going to timbre next time, please do call and reserve a place because you would not wanna play a bet with the weather. The bar restaurant does not guarantee you a place in the shelter if it rains while you are sitting outside. So the least you can do is reserve or bring a beach umbrella along. (>.<) Lazy Debbie has not upload the photos of that night and these are the photos i took with my phone. At least it is better than someone's camera. The flash of the camera is damn bright, even tanned "me" is white! However, there is someone who is tanner than me now. You will find out after lazy debbie uploads her side of photos. Hah!
I guess you can predict the material of their tables from here. Clear enough?

The ambience is quite comfortable if not for the rocky chairs and dim dim lights which do not help you a bit in looking at the menu. Bring a torchlight, buddy.

Today is my Graduation Day! But then, my photos will be uploaded at a later time because the photos are scattered among friends because my camera is choked!

It was a great day but a real hot weather. We were in the air conditioned place but we were sweating. Had photo taking and took the diplomas and certs and even ordered photos. There were free gifts for graduates which were quite worth. Spa vouchers, Alumni shirt, 4gb mini HDD and other things. It was quite worthy to attend the graduation. Oh by the way, tab, you are really tanned! Haha.

Anyway, my grandparents went with me to the ceremony and i forgot to take a photo with me. Partly because i was taking photos with friends and they were eating at the buffet. I feel that i should have spent more time at the convention centre but i was quite turned off by the amount of people over there. I think debbie was feeling the same thing because she went home half an hour after we came out of the hall. Did not even get to take a picture yet. After which, i returned my graduation attire and got my free gifts and then turn back home for...MORE TUITIONS! OMG!!

Student J finally give a damn about Chinese this week!! Smart boy, but then weird and extreme mood swings. Luckily he was not a she.

I have not been out for 2 weeks! No one ask me out! SO SAD. Or should i say it's either the timing clashed or no one suggested outings. Sigh* By the way, i had the performance at VCH and i thought we were great at practising but out on stage, i just cannot get the WOW! feeling. Anyway, I was glad to see the 3 musketeers again. It was a pleasant surprise.

As i am updating this post now, it is the 2nd week after the scary incident happened. The phobia in me is really starting to grow. I had a rehearsal on Saturday preparing for the performance i am having this coming saturday. I really thought i was just performing for a school event but however i am blurred out when they told me the venue was VICTORIA CONCERT HALL! I was not even prepared for that answer as i was not really putting real effort in to the pieces i am playing. I thought it was just a small performance. Sigh...I WANT A NEW HARMONICA!!!

Anyway, updates for student J.

His handphone went out of battery and he did not bring it for class today. I don't know whether i am happy or sad at that moment but then i am optimistic that he might listen to me that day.

Oh yeah, C's mother did not come to class that day. Thanks Mama Guanyin! It was such a relief as C's mother had once came to the centre to complain that J is interrupting C from studying. The class went on fine as i promised them i would give them a lucky dip if they scored full marks for their spelling. Out of the class of 7 students, only one student got mistakes in the spelling while the others got it all correct. Guess who is the spoiler? It's student J!!! To think that he said he will score full marks when i gave him the spelling notice last week.

I really do think the students from that class is really sucking up my wealth. Imagine the money i spent on getting those presents and the time i spent wrapping them up all went up to satisfy those kiddos. It is really a TERTIARY service. I should expect a higher pay or should i say, a pay raise. Now it is only 7 students, how about the future classes of 40sssss. OMG...i can only see LOSS!!! I am going to bang my head against the wall now. Bye!

One week after the matter, i was abit afraid to face student J again. But no matter what, i tried to psycho myself into putting more focus on J and preventing him from acting up again. Imagine the stress that something scary will happen again. But...

Luckily nothing happened that day. Nothing as in he was not listening to me at all. Why!? His great and noble mother bought him a HANDPHONE!! A PRIMARY ONE gets a HANDPHONE!! Darn! He was fingering on his handphone rather than listening to me talk about class.. Well..

Haiz.. I think i failed to make him enthusiatic about studies. He is more interested in an electronic than a person in front of him trying so hard to make him learn something that is useful. Though it was a peaceful, it was a failure to me again.

Just as i thought everything was going to end. Another student C, went to provoke him and ended up, J started to attack him with pinches. OMG!! C's mother is a complaint expert and i am going to have something "exciting" to anticipate for the following lesson. Bless me!

Apologies for the late updates but well still~~ life is like boring.

Anyway continuing the movie list that i have recently watched is The Legend of Chun Li and Marley and Me. The legend of chun li is rather average as the movie is more on the commercial side of selling the actress more than the story illustrated. So, just enjoy the beauty of Chun Li.

Marley and Me is more of a comedy and real story of a dog that does not behave like a dog that belongs to Owen Wilson and Jennifer Aniston. Though you will hate the slow progress of the whole movie but you will be amazed at how you will drop down tears at the end of the movie. The dog that had been crushing your life with misery actually meant more to you rather than a normal obedient dog. That is why they say a dog is a man's best friend.

Now, i am going to tell you a movie plot that might work. You take your stand. Here goes:

There was an aspirational teacher-to-be training at a neighbourhood tuition centre. Everything was well and smooth though there were the same few naughty kids that you will see in a typical class.

One day, this naughty little boy came exceptionally early for the class. He was even earlier than the teacher and the boss. So the boss gave him his worksheet to finish earlier. As usual, he was obedient for the first half of the class. He finished the worksheet and the teacher gave him a chocolate as a reward. And so, he ate it. Everything was going so peacefully that the teacher thought it was actually a breeze on a nice Sunday. The boss said she had to go out for a while and will be soon. J came to the teacher asking for a new worksheet but the teacher said to wait for the other students as she had to do some teaching before doing the other worksheet. J went back to his seat reluctantly but obediently.

Just as the teacher was attending to the other students, J started to lie flat facing the floor and started crying. Initially, the teacher asked the student to sit back to his seat and asked why he was crying but he would not budge. So the teacher left him alone for 5 minutes. After which, the teacher could not stand him lying flat on the floor and carried him to his seat. J continued crying for no unknown reason and just would not stop drooling saliva on the floor. He would not say anything and so, the teacher did not ask any further and carried on with the class.

Just then!!!! J started to scream and stood up and swept everything on the table and walked around to sweep the things out of his way to the other students' tables. He was screaming non-stop and the teacher was shocked. The teacher quickly dropped everything and went to stop him by carrying him away from the other students. J was struggling and kicking everything that was in sight. The teacher asked the students to clear up the things on the floor while she was holding on to J. She asked the students to carry on with their work and she held J. She patted J's chest until he finally settled down with heavy breathing. This went on for 5 minutes and the teacher held J's hand and brought him to the toilet to wash up. After that, all was fine.

The teacher was traumatised by this incident and whenever she recalls this scene where J was lying straight on the floor made her think of other things like being possessed. This was the first time a student behaved like this and when asked about the incident, J said he does not know why and did not even remember what had happened. Sometimes kids remember and forget things easily but this, is definitely a first time and a shocking eerie period.

AND DO YOU KNOW WHAT IS THE EERIEST OF ALL??? That traumatised teacher is ME!! Yes, ME Me me!! Haiz.. it somehow increases the phobia in me again. Is it really an ideal job? Maybe it is for the on-going economy but for life? Really?? OH GOD, tell me what to do!!!

Watched 2 movies in a row yesterday. First was the horror movie "Coming Soon". I know the title is ridiculous but then the movie was even more disturbing. I hate the sound effects of horros movies because they just tune up the sound whenever they want in one short second. That really helps in scaring out the guts of me with the scary ghost. Anyway, the movie is really a scarer, why? It's because the story plot is as disturbing as well. This thailand movie plot is about 2 guys working in a cinema sneaked back to the workplace at midnight to record a movie that was going to be aired in another week to sell as pirated vcds to earn some extra bucks. But then, the ghost of the movie started to haunt them for their lives after they watched the movie. You can go try this movie if you are strong enough. This really proves that i am frail hearted too. Haha.

Second movie is Dragonball. It is lame but then it has really nice animations whereby you can see a water drop falling and monsters doing matrix actions. In other words, it is just lame.

I was watching the Oscars Academy Awards last week and it was the slumdog millionaire's night as they swept majority of the awards. That is when i thought is that show really that worth of applause and i decided to catch that show online at Tudou. The 2 hour movies loaded in a minute or so surprisingly! Making my watching very smooth and light hearted. I must say that this movie is really worth the judges' picks. Why? This is because the movie belongs to the reality while the other movie, the curious case of benjamin button is a showcase of reality and bizzare. The slumdog is really worth 2 thumbs up while the other is only worth one. Both are not bad but eventually i will still think slumdog millionaire is indeed a good movie though Brad Pitt is really a damn suave man in his young look. Haha..

Anyway, the other two movies that i will be going to watch will be the reader and revolutionary road. Both movies are done by Kate Winslet and i am going to check out this Oscars' Best Actress movies while i have the time now. Haha...

It's been a while since i updated and i shall update you all on my activities over the moth of february. Haha, i may revert to having only update once a month because there aren't alot of happenings in my life right now. Firstly is my birthday, or should i say belated birthday celebration thought by our superb joo ting where she asked us to meet her at serangoon gardens on a friday night! (P.S parking is really hard to find at night in serangoon gardens and worst of all, you have to do parallel parking there!). Anyway, we had a nice chat and some appetisers with desserts. It's a place called ice cube with special ice creams, like the one below.

This is the ice cream with liqour. how to eat it? First, you eat one spoonful of ice cream and you drink a mouthful from the test tube.(o.o)...... Just kidding, you just have to pour it over the ice cream and eat it.

And by the way, my red desktop has arrived!! Finally after some complaining about the late delivery. It is very small but yet has a very chique design. And one good thing is that the keyboard has hotkeys for my convenience to listen to the music and log on to the email. The desktop is cheap, only $999 for the whole set.

Teaching life is boring yet it is comforting because tuitioning does not need to do any homework! Haha, so today after tuitioning for consecutive 3 hours, we headed down to Mr Tay's house for new year visit. It's been 4 years since we graduated from secondary school and i am glad that we are still in contact with the teachers. The greatest regret for me was after primary school. I moved house and lost contact with teachers and friends and i had not been able to see them so often. Speaking of this, the primary school gathering has clashed with the secondary school gathering yet again for the 3rd time already. I do not know why these 2 gatherings alway choose the same day and dates. It's always giving me a headache which one to go.

Today is my 20th birthday. It is the day when the big "2" arrives. Like felicia and debbie say, i have to face the reality and i cannot escape from it!! ARGH!!! I AM OFFICIALLY 20 NOW!!! Anyway, the 3 of us went to real/reel/rille? mall to have dinner at the restaurant called "hooked". It is a pretty nice place with alot of caucasians though. After which we went to Marina Barrage, the 2nd time for me to have a stroll and some sea wind. Pictures below. Bet they did not expect me to be so fast. Hahahaha..

What is she doing?? Oops!! She stepped onto a pool of wet mud!!! Hahaha..she is busy cleaning it with tissue because it feels yucky!! Not my fault wor...

Chinese New Year is coming and all he spring cleaning and shopping periods are all here!! Went to the airport with jeremy on saturday to receive the people who had FINALLY made it back to Singapore. It was a long wait because the plane landed at 11.08pm but they came out at 12 midnight. Why!? It's because they are busy shopping inside the duty-free shops. Anyway, i expected to see them come out and go to their families so it was rather fun to see the reunions they were having. While I just hung around with jeremy with those who had time after reunions. Though there were not as many people as the last time, it was just reliving to see them back safely. Compared to ours, i think our people jamed the arrival hall at terminal 3. Haha.. Finally we are going to have gathering this week. I am so looking forward to it. Wasted a lot of SMSes messaging all the people. You all better turn up!!!!

Thanks to Shuyi's comment on the tagboard, I am finally here to clear the webs. Big news!! The people in China are coming back this saturday or should i say sunday because they are coming back at MIDNIGHT!! So does it mean i have more chances of going out? NO! Why? It's because i am having tuitions everyday due to some changes did by my students. Poor me!

Oh by the way, i went back for harmonica practice last saturday for the very 1st time in this year ever since i came back from China. And that is like almost a year! It's quite hard for me to read and count the beat now but i am trying! It's been a long time since the room has been so noisy.

By the way, Jade Seah came to patronise our store yesterday!! In case you do not know who is she, just tune in to Don't Forget The Lyrics this week and you will be able to find out who. Or if you could remember the broadcaster for Olympics for Channel 5 last year, then you can find out who she is. She came in casual clothings, not like those glamourous dresses on TV. And she wore spects!! By the way, she finished the food clean enough. LOL.

Happy happy new year 2009!!! Hope this year will be a greater one than last year even though we are faced with more challenges this year economically. But let us just enjoy every minute of our life now!!

Spent yesterday by driving my sister to a factory in Geylang East to make her navy costumes. And then we decided to pay our old house a visit back at Pipit Road. Though some things have changed but the major icons are still there!!

This is my kindergarden school which i attended back then. And it is just below my block of flats, so convenient.

This is the Indian Mama shop that has been here for decades. I once had tuition during kindergarden by the lady boss of the shop. I was so afraid to go there because she was always scolding and beating her son. I was so scared that i will shiver whenever my mum asks me to go there. Memories...

The shops opposite my block is the place where we buy stationeries and tidbits. And most importantly, toys!!!

After which i was supposed to help my mum but my sister went instead. So i headed down to chalet at pasir ris to join my HT friends for celebrations. It has been a while since i had seen them before my china trip. We had a great time chating, playing poker and watching little nyonya together. When the click strikes 12 midnight, everyone present at pasir ris ROARED to the coming of 2009. And it was WEITING's 26th birthday!!

Wonder how i spent my christmas? On christmas eve, i went to watch Twilight at Plaza Singapura and then had Steamboat dinner at shuyi's house. After which, it's mahjong again. I think i can predict my retired life to be playing mahjong. Haha. Anyway, i think the movie was just a pass because this is the first time i watched a vampire show without the showing of vampire teeth! Vampire teeth is a must show thing to show the difference between man and beast. LOL. Ok, i am naive or should i say too innocent? Haha.

Anyway, i spent Christmas at Keppel Marina which is somewhere near habourfront and took all the pictures. I went with Shuyi and Joo Ting. We strolled along the bridge and the lights are nice at the bridge. There are some restaurants there for people to enjoy the night view and rich people park their yatchts there. The yatchts are big and white. Someday i wished to own one too. Haha. We had some light hearted foodies @ TCC.

On the 26th, We went for Metro sales and spent a sum on clothes and food!! I have not even got my pay and now i am spending all of it at once. ARGH!! I need to stop!!!!!!!

It's been a long long long time since i updated because of work. It's either tuition or helping out at bedok. Currently i have been teaching one to one tuition and i can tell you, it is not easy teaching tuition. Teaching a one subject is not a problem but the problem is i have to teach english, maths and science as well. ZThat's why i am exhausted because i am bombarded with all the science and maths. I just hate these two subjects as they are the subjects i did bad in. I got Cs for my maths and science PSLE ok!?

I have 3 one to one tuition and weekends are spent at the tuition centre. I was recommended to a new tuition kid and i will start teaching tomorrow. I got teaching at the tuition centre from 9am to 12.30pm and lastly 2pm to 3.30pm for that new kid. After which, i still have to go down to bedok for my duty. So, in other words people, I AM VERY BUSY!!!! LOL. If you wanna ask me out, i am only available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday evenings.

Oh yeah, something to update about my sister who had joined navy. BMT for girls is super relaxing. She went to Tekong on thursday and now she is already back this morning. She can still call back and say what time she is coming back on saturday when she has only been there for not even 24 hours. Guys cannot go home for the 1st 2 weeks of BMT, bgut yet, my sister can come home on after 2 days. Sorry guys, the truth is cruel. Haha..

The news reported that a Singaporean woman was killed in the Mumbai terrors. She was so unlucky because she was held captive in the hotel that she was staying. The hotel was being held hostage and sad to say she was only there for work for one night and tragedy just fell that night.

She was a lawyer and went to Mumbai as a representative for her law firm. However, terrorism attacks striked. It is really pathetic as who would have known that things would go the hell wrong this way. She is only 28 and yet being confiscated of the right to live on. Terrorism is really bad~~~~~~

It's been a while since i update my blog with life. But somehow, when i face the posting page, my mind goes blanks. The so many events and things that happened this period found no words to replace it in black and white. Know why? It seems like there is no goal for me to achieve in the next few months.

Anyway, i have been catching up on shows that i have not watched and maybe i should say channel 8's 9pm show was not bad at certain parts. Especially the parts where Elvin and Rui En acted in. Rui En who acted as a HIV patient was being chased by Elvin. Elvin knowing that she has HIV still continued to chase her despite Rui En's oppositions. And i can really see feelings in his acting now! Haha, which meant that he improved. Rui En should get the best actress award this year or the next since there is no Star Awards this year.

There is a reality show that i really liked and that is the Life Transformers that airs every monday 8pm. It shows the poor side of Singapore where among the city people, lived people with really critical conditions for help. It is really a touching show where Christopher Lee and Quan Yi Feng, together with volunteers help to rebuild their homes and provide them with social care.

Exams are finally over although i still have one last assignment awaiting me to complete and submit. But i really do not have the feeling and heart to go do it. As usual, the four of us went out to have a great time. We went to IMM to have our lunch at Ichiban Sushi and then we went to play bowling at Chevron, but however, there was a primary school competition going on there and so we went to the Bowl Land at Clementi. It took us about an hour to reach there because there was no road leading us to the place, we kept on turning and turning around the place but yet we could not find the road leading to it. So, i parked at Clementi Central and walked over because the place is located beside the expressway.

Out of a sudden, I have an urge of taking a picture of my brother because i found that he had really grown alot this year. All his limbs are getting longer and longer. And not to forget, he is a big eater now.

The weather has become very bad in Singapore. It rained extremely heavy and long yesterday and we had a hard time out. We had dinner at Bedok and then we went to have a walk at Bedok Central. We decided to go visit XiangXiang and Yangyang and we sat down and chit chat before my sister chased us home because she wanted to watch her TV show.

And I am glad to say my poly life is finally over and it is my 6 month holidays!!!!!! Woohoo~~

Been very busy this week due to exams and attending the wake of my granduncle. He passed away on Sunday morning and sad to say, his family did not see his last sight. Once again, this is the second gathering of my paternal side and it is on such occasion. We only meet once a year for chinese new year and that's it. But this year, there is a second. It's pathetic when we do not see each other often and we are called close relatives. Ironic? Anyway, today is the day when granduncle is being delivered to Mandai.

Tomorrow is the last paper and i shall be graduated from my poly life.

I am so fed up with the parking fee at the holland village shopping centre. I parked my car there for just 3 and a half hours but the parking fee is $12.40!!!! It's super expensive!!!!! In the end i only had $1.85 left in my cashcard. Damn it!!!!!

The exams are next week and i have not prepared anything for the 2 papers yet. It's all because i am rushing assignments and projects now. The time management of the school is really too confusing because some teachers have already ended their lessons while some have not. So it's like we are going to school like once or twice a week now. Next week will be out papers and the assignment deadlines crashed with the exams. This is really going to be tough period.

Work aside, yesterday we finished recording our voices for the electronic book and headed down to hougang mall for Gelare because waffles are half priced every tuesday. We had already set the decision to go two weeks ago and so we headed down yesterday out of a sudden because no one remembered the date. Haha, the pictures are with debbie and i shall upload once she uploads.

Went back to ngee ann to hand in assignment and to meet up for project but our hardworking jeremy worked on our recording till 6am this morning and slept through the alarm. So in the end we had no project doing in the end.

Finally finish chiong-ing my homework for the 文字学. Anyway, i must say it is rather a redundant homework because it is all about copying and pasting it into the papers and adding a name on top of the words. Tomorrow's lesson is cancelled but we have to do an e-learning activity. And i must say, it is really troublesome, because we have to watch some videos and post our views on the discussion board. Anyway, he assigned groups for us and i have to say, i am very "lucky" to get grouped with an infamous person in class. Haiz..

The peeps are finally back from Beijing trip and have safely reached their hostel. Luckily, they did not frozed from the beijing weather, fall off the great wall, got caught at the bird nest and did not drown at the water cube and they finally got to see mao zhe dong face to face after queuing for an hour plus. Haha, is my version of introducing the places they had gone special?? Haha..Heard from them that their hotel was not bad. Which is so unfair to us! We were living in lousy hotels. Haiz..

Slacking the whole day today and it is so weird to see no one online under my msn messenger "ngee ann poly" tab. Finally finished my tuition morning and i got my pay for 3 weeks and it is NOT A LOT. I really wonder whether they raised my pay. Chinese, Maths and English all under me, i am still considered a cheap labour now. They have 5 tuition centres and i have went to 3 of them already, it is not very anticipating to go the other 2. I really understand why my sec 2 history teacher, Miss Woon, had to go see a throat specialist when you are facing normal students rather than students from raffles istitution. My throat has really been bad this week. So in total, attended 3 lessons in a row and that is 4.5 hours. I have 8 students for 1st class, 10 students for the second and 2 for the last lesson. It is really hard to teach students from other countries because i cannot understand what they are saying. My philippines student spoke to me and i could not get anything from him and to let him produce the hanyu pinyin, tiao4, he pronounced as diao4. OMG~~

Did not proceed to do my third assignment as i wanna have a nice saturday evening not doing anything. It's been so long since i have can relax without having any burden on my mind. So you know what i did? I watched Disney Channel!! Haha, watched Mr Bean and Cinderalla III: A Twist In Time. Sometimes, it is good to be engrossed in fairytales. Which reminds me, I AM TURNING 20 in another 2 month's time. Gosh, time really flies~~

The stall beside my father's stall is closing down. This is taken last week when we were having dinner and they were the kids of the boss. They are really cute and adorable. They are vietnamese-chinese. Their mother is a vietnamese.

As you can see, boys are always smitten to games~ forever this way~~

He is steling our dinner!!! Haha, we were eating and he suddenly told me he likes to eat vegetables and we were having a vegetarian dish, so i know what he meant. HE IS HUNGRY~~ The one in green is the stubborn sister that i mentioned earlier. Last time as fair as paper, now as black as charcoal, worse than me.

I ordered pizza for dinner tonight and ate to my fullest because my brother and i shared two pizzas. Finally completed the most stressful and heaviest homework of the semester, the CME examination assignment. Yesterday had a hard time printing the assignment because my sister used up the black ink!! And it was already 9.30pm when i found out. I already told her i needed to print my assignment and she still went ahead printing her notes. She is STILL AS STUBBORN as ever. My noble dad who had his off day yesterday went out to buy the ink cartridge for me. AND thank god, he found a stationery shop that has not closed yet. I printed a total of 30 pages for my assignment and burned 2 CDs. A waste of time and money.

Today i went dinner with JT and debbie. Why a weird combination? Haha, they know each other because of me!! They just saw each other a couple of times and they just got to know each other. I think debbie needed a break from work so she came along to join us for dinner and a movie!

We had dinner at Nebo Cafe and the fish and chips there is not bad and we rushed to have the student meal @ $7 but JT is a member there and so we had it for $6.30. I was really full after stuffing the cheesy beef potato wedges into my stomach. Now my throat is hurting again. We caught a movie, High School Musical 3: Senior Year at 6.45pm. It was not bad and as usual, the songs were nice, especially the duets. Back at home by 10pm and after shower, chiong-ed my CME assignment. I am so tired now. Picture shall be up when debbie updates her blog. Haha.

It's going to be the exam period and my mother is already forcing me to go find a job!! She is not going to allow me to slack the 7 months out. Hence, i have to start looking for another job besides the tuition every saturday.

Er Hum, I am having a bad sore throat now. It's all because of all the 3 hrs continuous teachings and it is really getting out of hand. Anyway, because of my sore throat, i cannot join my buddies for dinner tonight. It is nearing the end of the month and i am still getting my pay yet. From next week onwards, i am going to teach from 9am to 2pm which is like 5hrs!!!!!!!! OMG!!!!

This MV is so sweet! The song is nice too! I have to admit that JJ Lin is really a genius in music. His songs are very much to my liking and this sixth album consists of songs contributed from other artistes and they are really nice! I just saw from Wanbao that 英皇and 海碟had signed a cooperation contract and Ah Sa and JJ Lin were sent to the event as reps, they were said to be "married"!! Haha, as in the music companies lah. The image of this album is not bad but i just have something to pick on and that is HIS want to long but not long enough pants. I know it is made to show his fanciful shoes, but i think it will be more nice looking if they did not show the fanciful socks. Haha.

A man came home from work late, tired and irritated, to find his 5-year old son waiting for him at the door.

SON: 'Daddy, may I ask you a question?'
DAD: 'Yeah sure, what it is?' replied the man.
SON: 'Daddy, how much do you make an hour?'
DAD: 'That's none of your business. Why do you ask such a thing?' the man said angrily.
SON: 'I just want to know. Please tell me, how much do you make an hour?'
DAD: 'If you must know, I make $50 an hour.'
SON: 'Oh,' the little boy replied, with his head down.
SON: 'Daddy, may I please borrow $25?'

The father was furious, 'If the only reason you asked that is so you can borrow some money to buy a silly toy or some other nonsense, then you march yourself straight to your room and go to bed. Think about why you are being so selfish. I don't work hard everyday for such childish frivolities.' The little boy quietly went to his room and shut the door. The man sat down and started to get even angrier about the little boy's questions. How dare he ask such questions only to get some money?

After about an hour or so, the man had calmed down , and started to think: Maybe there was something he really needed to buy with that $25.00 and he really didn't ask for money very often The man went to the door of the little boy's room and opened the door.

'Are you asleep, son?' He asked.

'No daddy, I'm awake,' replied the boy.

'I've been thinking, maybe I was too hard on you earlier' said the man. 'It's been a long day and I took out my aggravation on you. Here's the $25 you asked for.'

The little boy sat straight up, smiling. 'Oh, thank you daddy!' he yelled. Then, reaching under his pillow he pulled out some crumpled up bills. The man saw that the boy already had money, started to get angry again.

The little boy slowly counted out his money, and then looked up at his father. 'Why do you want more money if you already have some?' the father grumbled. 'Because I didn't have enough, but now I do,' the little boy replied. 'Daddy, I have $50 now. Can I buy an hour of your time? Please come home early tomorrow. I would like to have dinner with you.' The father was crushed. He put his arms around his little son, and he begged for his forgiveness.

It's just a short reminder to all of you working so hard in life. We should not let time slip through our fingers without having spent some time with those who really matter to us, those close to our hearts. Do remember to share that $50 worth of your time with someone you love.

I did a stupid thing today.

Having the experience of driving miss siow to CP yesterday made me drive a round back to the school zone and i think it's fate, i saw miss siow again. So i offered her a ride but she would not want to take advantage so easily again and so she asked where i was going. Knowing the type of person that she is, i lied to her saying that i need to get materials for my lesson plan homework. Only then she agreed to hop into the car. So i drove to CP, parked there and went up to CP with her, after we part, i went back to the carpark and the fee was $1.10!!!!!!!! I was only in there for 15mins!! Haiz, silly me~~

Yesterday was PUNGGOL DAY!! Haha, it's anot a very special day for punggol but a special day for me because i was running about meeting people from punggol yesterday. Oh ya, it was Joan's birthday yesterday and i thought it was miss lim's. So i messaged miss lim wishing her happy birthday and then she replied me i am two days earlier. OOPS!!! haha, i am too forgetful, it was supposed to be Joan's. Hey, but at least i remember!!

When i was on my way back home after my trip to SPC, i saw miss siow coming out of the school, and so i panicked and quickly do a U-turn and stop by the road side to wait for her. But dunno which idiot car horn me! He could have changed lanes but his stupidity dunno how to turn into being intelligent. Anyway, i sent miss siow to CP, she was scolding me all the way saying i am so bad, dun let her alight at punggol MRT. Haha, before she left, she said, I finally have the chance to have a ride on my car. WAKAKAKA.

Yesterday night, i had dinner at punggol plaza because for the first time on a monday, my house did not cook. Therefore, we went to the food court to have dinner. On the way there, i saw MDM LIM!! Haha, so i waved to her and asked her where she lived.

Me: Hi Mdm Lim, 你住哪里？
Mdm Lim:我住对面。他是你弟弟啊？（pointing to my brother)
Me: 对咯，他很烂hor?

Haha, and my grandparents stood and asked who was she, i said she was my teacher in PSS in hainanese to my ah ma, and then Mdm Lim spoke hainanese to my ah ma! WAH!!! I never knew she could speak hainanese. Surprise Surprise. Own People. Lol, and then we had dinner.
Hence, it was punggol day for me.
